Are you a client-side Project Manager seeking a new opportunity? Do you have experience leading fitout and/ or refurbishment projects within either the retail, leisure or hospitality sector?
Our client is a market leading hospitality organisation and due to their continued success they are looking to bolster their in-house construction and development capability by recruiting an additional two Project Managers into the team. These roles can be based from anywhere in the UK but the successful candidates are likely to come from the central column of the UK between London and Leeds.
As Project Manager you will take responsibility for refurbishment, fitout and brand installation projects at existing sites across the UK. As the successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate successful delivery of large schemes within the retail, leisure, hospitality or logistics sectors. You will be able to show that you can fully manage projects from cradle-to-grave through internal and external support and be able to manage the various suppliers, internal and external stakeholders that you will encounter on a day-to-day basis. You will be someone who is able to get "stuck in" at ground level but is also highly effective at board level or senior dignitaries. You will lead projects from site assessment through to operational handover.
