Gleeson Finance are working on an exclusive basis, to recruit a Finance Manager (No 1 in Finance), in this Financial Services business in Warwickshire. You will be responsible for managing a finance team of 8, reporting into the Board.
Key responsibilities include management accounts, streamlining processes, review of the finance controls, conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions, and forecasts and budgets. You will also be responsible for the maintenance of accounts, overseeing the financial statements and best practice. You will be heavily involved in business planning and strategy, as well as overseeing the day to day processing and transactions.
In order to be considered for the role, you will be an experienced, qualified accountant, who can demonstrate a competent level of managing staff within a Finance Department of an Insurance Broker. You will have experience within the Insurance industry, and understand regulations and FCA requirements, including a full understanding of 'client money handling'.
In return, you will receive a salary of circa £60,000 - £65,000, a car allowance, pension, DIS x 4, 25 days holiday, free on-site parking, and the opportunity to make valuable change in this successful business.
