Financial Reporting Manager - Solihull - 65k + 5k car allowance + 20% Bonus
Gleeson Recruitment Group is supporting a large organisation in Solihull to recruit a Financial Reporting Manager. This role will be responsible for controlling areas within the Financial Accounting function; which includes liaising with sites, preparing monthly and quarterly reporting requirements, and ensuring group policies are updated and adhered to for the relevant areas.
The role will report directly to the Head of Reporting and needs a strong character who is not only able to challenge, but also influence key decision-makers and provide accurate insight.
The organisation has an established finance team that is large enough to offer multiple routes of progression and after a restructure due to Covid is now in a strong position to continue with their growth plans, and see this role as essential to that strategy.
The right person for the role will need to be a Qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA) with experience in financial reporting, consolidations, and ideally trained in practice before moving into Industry.
The package on offer is up to £65,000 + 5k car allowance & 20% Bonus, double matched pension and private medical.
