Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide specialist FP&A support to the monthly Group reporting, forecasting and budgeting processes, including the consolidation of data and writing of reports, applying business insight and rigour in all situations. Great opportunity to help shape Group FP&A reporting for the future.
  • Responsible for the production of the both the bi-monthly CFO board packs and the monthly Executive Leadership Team (ELT) presentation packs. Will involve liaising directly with CFO as appropriate
  • Ensure all BPC reporting and supporting files used for the presentation packs are maintained
  • Review and challenge financial submissions from the streams and Global Functions, applying appropriate business insight. (This feeds into the monthly ELT packs)
  • Responsible for the monthly Group Flash process and reporting of the flash directly to the ELT
  • Support the overall Group forecasting and budgeting processes, continually looking to improve the robustness of both process and data, and consequently the line of sight
  • Responsible for the budget and forecasting of non-operating items in the P&L including bonus
  • Build a close working relationship with the corporate reporting teams, especially statutory, tax and treasury, helping ensure accurate monthly reporting and forecasting
  • Responsible for looking at continuous improvements to the current suite of reports, improving quality of reporting, efficiency, and accuracy
  • Become an expert in BPC and Power BI to help develop Group Reporting for the future
  • Own and maintain the Authorised Bid Approvers process and support the Commercial Bid Notice process and training programme
  • Provide Commercial Risk Assessment scores as requested, maintaining the database of requests
  • Provide year-end financial audit support as appropriate
  • Ad-hoc support and provision of data compilation and analysis as directed by Head of Reporting
  • To pursue Continuous Professional Development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness
  • Undertake necessary documentation, data, administration and communication activities needed to successfully fulfil responsibilities


  • Ambitious qualified or recently qualified accountant
  • Commercial Accounting and analytical background (Straight from ACA considered for 1st commercial move)
  • SAP BPC advantageous
  • International experience preferred.
  • Above average communication skills. Exposure working as a Business Support / Partner to SLT or Exec Teams advantageous
  • Power BI (preferred)
