Gleeson Finance are delighted to be working with this evolving SME business in Warwick, to recruit a Financial Controller. Reporting into the Finance Director, this is a hands on finance role, incorporating management of internal controls, as well as process improvement and building a new finance team.
As a member of a Senior Management Team, you will provide support and information to the company's auditors in the preparation of statutory accounts and corporation tax returns, overseeing the full nominal ledger management and monthly reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts. You will oversee the weekly and monthly group reconciliations, management accounts, and assist with a new SAP implementation project.
In order to be considered, you will be a qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACA or ACCA), with experience in a finance leadership role, showing a track record of ability to implement high standards of financial control and report group financial information. Experience within an SME environment of reviewing internal processes and implementing change are essential.
In return, you will receive a salary of £70,000 - £80,000, flexible hours, hybrid working, bonus 10% - 15%, private health care, 25 days holiday, matched pension and lifestyle benefits.
