Financial Accountant - (12 to 18 months) Fixed Term Contract

Gleeson Recruitment Group are supporting a large service sector business based in Warwick as they seek to recruit a Financial Accountant on a 12 to 18 Month Fixed Term Contract.

You will be supporting and delivering BAU accounting, whilst the organisation implements a new ERP system. As a Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for the period end reporting as well as reconciliation of assigned balance sheet control accounts.

Key responsibilities:

• Timely and accurate period end accounting for the assigned elements of UK legal entity.
• Compliance with UK GAAP, IAS and internal Financial Policies and Procedures.
• Reconcile all key balance sheet accounts under area of responsibility in preparation for monthly balance sheet proof review and investigate any issues.
• Ad-hoc duties
