Due to a fantastic 2021, we are ready to take on several recruiters to work in crucial roles within our business. We are currently looking for some energetic and innovative consultants to focus on permanent and temporary recruitment.

As a recruitment consultant, you will be expected to work with already established clients; you must also be comfortable promoting our brand to warmer clients and cold calling new businesses to expand your network.

We want our consultants to act as ambassadors for Gleeson, and part of this means giving the market a positive impression of us (and you!) to grow our brand and open up further accounts to the rest of Gleeson. We aim to obtain talented staff who embody the same values as we do, with a proven ability to build and maintain close relationships with both clients and candidates. In fact, we frequently work with our candidates throughout their careers.
