Finance Manager - Rents and Service Charges

One of my clients in the Midlands, a large housing association currently managing over 40,000 homes, is looking to recruit an interim professional to provide support on a highly strategic programme of work. The business is currently going through a major company wide transformation looking to improve systems. processes and controls and as they have implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 they are now looking to automate all their processes around rent and service charge reviews and how to price them in accordance to regulatory requirements.
The project is already under way being lead by a project manager and supported by an SME so the purpose of this role is to really add more weight and make sure that the solution meets all the regulatory needs and requirements and is fit for purpose. In order to be successful in this role you will have a deep understanding of the social housing sector with particular knowledge of rent and service charges and all the requirements to correctly price them. Ideally you will be a qualified accountant as well who some project / change experience.
I expect the role to last for 6 months. Their head office is based in Wolverhampton but they would support someone working from home 1 or 2 days a week if they needed some flexibility. This is a hugely business critical project hence they want this person to come in and support at a high level. Please don't hesitate to call me to discuss the role in more detail.
