As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the company's operations and driving financial performance.

The exposure in this role will include FP&A, business partnering with stakeholders, some management accounts, tax and statutory accounts. Responsibilities:

Developing financial strategies and forecasting future financial trends
Managing the day-to-day financial operations of the company
Overseeing the preparation of financial statements, reports and budgets
Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws
Providing financial analysis and recommendations to senior management
Developing and implementing internal controls to safeguard company assets
Managing the finance team and ensuring their continued professional development
Providing support to the business on all financial matters

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage and motivate a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced Excel skills
Professional accounting qualification (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
