As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company and ensuring that financial reports are accurate and timely.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and financial reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements
Analyse financial data and provide insights to the executive team for strategic decision-making
Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
Manage the budgeting and forecasting process and provide guidance to department managers on budget development and tracking
Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships to optimise liquidity and interest income
Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

Accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA)
Experience in a finance management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of financial principles and practices, including GAAP and IFRS
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Advanced knowledge of financial software systems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
