Gleeson Recruitment Group have partnered with a Global Software business in Stourbridge as they look to recruit a Finance Manager. Our client are fast expanding and have recently been acquired; making it an exciting time to join the organisation.

The Finance Manager will report directly into the Financial Controller and be managing a team of 3 day to day. This is an ideal role for those looking to take on management responsibilities.

The role is also commercially focused as you will be partnering with sales and project teams across the world to use finance to make key decisions.

Other day to day includes:

Revenue & Cash ownership
Development of investment appraisal process
Accruals and prepayments
1-1s and Annual reviews
Development of KPI dashboards
Update and improve detailed revenue reporting
Managing Credit Control performance as well as queries/ difficult relationships
Working with sales teams to interpret contracts
Reconciling revenue at month end
Managing sales ledgers to ensure billings are completed on time

To apply you will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified although Finalists will be considered. Line management experience is not needed but preferred.

The business operate 1-2 days in the weeks currently.
