Gleeson Recruitment Group are working exclusively with a fast paced, highly acquisitive, software company in their search for a Finance Manager. A truly international organisation, the business has continued to successfully acquire and integrate new business into the group. This role will see you working closely with management as well as partnering with stakeholders within the newly acquired businesses to establish best practice. The role:

You will work closely with your boss - the Senior Finance Manager - and act as their go to, right-hand person. Day to day you can expect the following duties:

• Management Accounts - help to develop UK management reporting and assist with Group reporting
• Cash flow, reconciliations, processing invoices and payments and maintain the purchase ledger
• Accounts analysis and reporting
• Posting journals for accruals, prepayments and payroll etc
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts at month end
• Liaise with 3rd parties for payroll, tax etc
• Support group processes for internal audit

The right candidate:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
• Practice trained
• 2-3 years post qualification experience
• A solid understanding of management accounting
• Comfortable working on your own initiative
• Ambitious, driven and dynamic
• Pro-active approach to drive your progression

The package:

• ca £45000
• 1 day per week in the office
• Performance based bonus up to 10%
