Gleeson Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a high-growth business, who are recognised for their excellent and progressive working culture, who are on the lookout for a Finance Manager, due to sustained growth within the business.

This Finance Manager role will play a key part within the Finance division, with full responsibility for all financial accounting and general ledger matters. You must be ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified, with proven experience in a Financial Accounting role.

Key responsibilities of the Finance Manager position:

• Responsibility for the delivery of the monthly reporting cycle
• Full ownership and responsibility for the balance sheet
• Responsibility for the management of the external audit process
• Responsibility for the management of the Accounts Payable team
• Review and submission of VAT returns
• Responsible for the preparation of statutory accounts
• Leading on the finance system upgrade project

The following experience is required for this Finance Manager position:

• ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified
• Proven financial accounting experience
• Experience of leading on a ERP system upgrade
• Exceptional Excel skills
• Proven leadership and management skills
