Gleeson Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a recognisable brand name, who are well-known for their excellent and progressive working culture, who are on the lookout for multiple Finance Business Partners, due to sustained growth within the business.

In these newly created roles you will be creating a business partnering model to help support key functions of the business with planning and reporting requirements. You will be interacting with non-financial Senior Management day to day and will be providing analysis and insight by linking financial reports to the overall business strategy.

Other day to day will include:

Providing analysis and insight to support decisions
Acting as financial advisor to non-finance commercial decision makers
Introducing effective commercial strategy
Undertaking project based work
Building relationships with key stakeholders across the business
Preparing commercial forecasts with annual budget requirements
Providing commercial performance reports

To apply you will need:

CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification
This team a particularly keen on ACA Qualified practice movers looking to move into industry
Examples of working with senior stakeholders and building relationships
Commercial acumen, not afraid to challenge the status quo
Ability to adapt in a newly appointed role
