Gleeson Recruitment Group are supporting one of our long standing clients in their search for a Finance Business Partner on a 12 month FTC. As Finance Business Partner you will monitor, evaluate, and analyse various costs, understand variances, and highlight areas for process improvement.

Tasks may include: -

Preparation, analysis, and reporting of performance vs forecast/plan on various areas of spend.
Analysing variances and working with Business partners to understand reasons for Variances and any actions required.
Producing monthly commentaries on performance of KPIs
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure a collaborative drive towards achieving targets.
To support the team with the development and improvement of new and existing systems and processes.
Assist with month end journals & reporting as required for areas of responsibility
Reviewing Savings calculations and ensure that they are correctly reported.
To support other members of the team with tasks and provide guidance where required

Your Profile

Ideally ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualified or equivalent with an analytical mindset
Audit or a controlling background would be useful
Experience of business partnering would be advantageous
Excellent communication skills
