Gleeson Recruitment Group are working with a successful global manufacturing group as they look to bring on a Finance Business Partner into their Wolverhampton office to look after their European team. The role has come about due to internal progression to the team and will offer the same opportunities in the future to the successful candidate.

In this role as Finance Business Partner you will be liaising with senior stakeholders across Europe whilst being the supporting contact for the US based Managing Director. You will be able to communicate quickly and effectively as the finance representative and will be needing these skills in using the financials to influence decisions to non-financial managers.

As well as supporting the function teams, the day to day of the role of Finance Business Partner will include:

Providing financial support to sales and corporate leaders
Financial modelling
Preparation of board level presentation packs
Monthly forecast consolidation and reporting for Europe
Analytical reviews of financial statements, working with stakeholders and financial accounting teams as needed
Supporting FP&A teams with developing annual and strategic plans

To be considered you must be a Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or finalist level accountant with the commercial acumen needed to influence senior stakeholders. You will ideally have a management accounts or FP&A background and be looking for your next step up to finance business partner.
