Finance Assistant - Dudley - paying up to £20k - great opportunity for someone with versatile skills across accounts and administration.
We are working with a well-established business based out of their UK Head Office in Dudley. I am seeking an additional Finance Assistant to support their growing team on a permanent basis.
This is a great opportunity to join a business that is experiencing high levels of commercial activity. They boast a very stable finance team, and we now seek an additional individual to join them on a permanent basis. It is a busy and dynamic environment, with an ever-growing book of business. This role is a critical part of a team that offers direct support to the Commercial Development team, with high levels of visibility.
Specifically, the role will involve the following tasks:
- Processing of new contract information for accounting purposes
- Dealing with accounts queries
- Verification of contract costs
- Tracking purchase orders
- Dealing with contract queries & amendments
- Preparation of analysis & reports for Senior Managers & Business Directors
- Document scanning and preparation
- Ad hoc admin and other sales support activities
The successful individual will be a valued member this inclusive and vibrant finance function.
The successful person will have a solid base of skills in an accounts environment, with a positive and enthusiastic personality, and a diligent and organised method of working. It needs a high level of reliability, and with good attention to detail. Strong knowledge of Word & Excel would be highly advantageous.
