I am exclusively supporting a fast-paced business in Wolverhampton to hire a Finance Assistant as they go through an exciting project. This role will be for a minimum of 4 months with a chance of longer-term opportunity.

Finance Assistant duties

• Bank reconciliations.
• Posting cash
• Processing supplier invoices and liaising with internal stakeholders.
• Raising sales invoices
• Resolving customer queries and invoice discrepancies when raised.
• Processing staff expenses.
• Keeping on top of the account inbox and dealing with queries.
• Supporting the wider team with adhoc duties when required.
