- Processing payments.
- Checking and reconciling supplier statements.
- Posting and coding of Purchase Ledger invoices.
- Processing staff expenses.
- Ensuring full compliance with standards and accounting requirements
Is this role right for you?
We are looking for our candidate to have approximately 2 years experience in a purchase ledger or relevant finance role. We are looking for a quick learner who has a keen eye for detail, accuracy and has a good head for figures. You must be a real team player but also be able to organise your own desk. Great communication skills are very important here and experience in the use of all MS Office applications are essential. Previous experience in a legal practice or similar sector is desirable. If you are keen to take your career to the next level, eager to learn and progress through the company, we want to hear from you!
