We're currently looking for a Finance Administrator for a growing business that have been very successful over the past year. Based in Birmingham City Centre you'll be an enthusiastic and ambitious individual who is looking for future progression but happy to do the ground work to set you up for a great position in the future. You'll be joining a busy team to ensure that day to day financial transactions are accurate and processed to deadline in order for the business to run effectively.
This is a permanent full time opportunity paying up to £23,000 + Study Support. You will be working full time office based in Birmingham City Centre.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Purchase Ledger
- Sales Ledger
- Client refund requests
- Uploading bank statements
- Bank and Cash reconciliation
- Completing and Checking payment runs
- Handling payment queries
- Resolving unreconciled items
Ideally you'll have 18 months - 2 years finance experience, ideally in Accounts Payable. You'll be comfortable working on day to day finance processing, inputting financial data and handling queries, this is the ideal opportunity for someone who is looking for their next step into a more rounded position and wanting to study ACCA or CIMA.
