We are delighted to be working with Client based in Birmingham City Centre who are looking for a Finance Administrator with strong Excel skills to join their busy and fast paced Team on a temporary basis (with high possibility of extensions). We are looking for candidates with Finance administration experience or candidates with a strong knowledge of Excel.
Overdue of duties and requirements:
- Liaising with departments for Timesheet collation
- Prepare and organise timesheets for payroll
- Enter all data onto spreadsheets and ensure this is carried out with great attention to detail
- Using Excel spreadsheet daily to obtain information
- All adhoc administrative duties
- Strong computer skills
- Intermediate/Adv Excel skills
- Attention to details and speed with a high level of accuracy
- Highly organised
- Pro active
