We are delighted to be working with Client based in Shirley who are looking for a Finance Administrator to join their busy and fast paced Team on a long term temporary basis (potential to go permanent). We are looking for candidates with Finance administration/accounts admin experience, or studying towards AAT or Finance Graduate looking for an entry finance position.

Training will be provided.

Duties and requirements

  • Uploading bank statements and reconciling,
  • payment runs, standing orders, direct debits,
  • Credit card payments, dealing with internal and external supplier queries,
  • Bank queries,
  • Processing client refunds,
  • Sending remittance advices.
