We're recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join a dynamic and exciting business based in Birmingham. Working in a small team as part of a bigger finance function, you will play an integral part in the day to day running of finance, ensuring accurate information is provided to senior management.

Duties include: (full job description available):

  • Purchase ledger processing and payment of invoices
  • Payment runs
  • Keeping accurate and updated records
  • Journal entries and updates
  • Assisting with sales ledger and credit control
  • Reconciliation and query solving
  • Processing expenses

Ideal skills:

  • Previous experience in an accounts environment would be desirable but not essential
  • Desire to progress and work towards a finance qualification
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent it skills including word/excel
  • Good organisational skills
