Are you and experienced Administrator with finance experience? Are you looking for an interesting and rewarding position where you manage your own work load in a business that is making a real difference in the West Midlands.

This is an exciting role working between Finance and HR. You will be working in a close knit and welcoming team supporting day to day financial aspects for a specific area.

This is a permanent position paying circa £26k + Benefits just on the outskirts of Birmingham (with free car parking on site!) This position is full time office based with a 1:30pm finish on a Friday!

  • Manage payments process from receipt to payment
  • Invoicing and matching PO numbers
  • Preparing financial schedules
  • Managing changes on records
  • Assist in setting up suppliers, obtaining payment dates etc
  • Analysis of monthly financial reports
  • Updating monthly financial reports
  • Carrying out credit check
  • Raising purchase orders/Invoices

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Methodical and organized
  • Ability to work with large data sets
  • Excellent Excel Skills - i.e. V look ups and pivot tables
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
