We're currently looking for a Finance Administrator for a fast paced, and interesting business based in Birmingham City Centre.
You'll be working between two teams providing administrative support to the finance function. Being a can do person, you'll be happy to support the teams with all daily invoicing, scanning and collating of financial information.
This is an exciting position where you can make yourself a really valued member of the team that can be relied on and trusted with the support they give.
This is a permanent full time opportunity paying up to £21000. You will be working full time office based in Birmingham City Centre.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Liaising with the credit control and billing teams
- Using the system to find invoices and information to solve queries
- Scanning and Matching invoices to PO numbers
- Assisting update excel spreadsheets with information
- Administration work
Ideally you'll have some good administration experience ideally in finance, perhaps have finished an apprenticeship and looking for that next step. ou'll be comfortable working to support a busy and demanding team.
