Gleeson Finance are working in partnership with this growing business in Coventry, to recruit a permanent Finance Administrator. Reporting into the Credit Manager, duties include finance administration, checking all data, including purchase order numbers and customer contact details.
You will liaise with site administrators on any queries so they are resolved quickly, uploading the billing sheets and where applicable, ensuring monthly billing schedules are updated correctly and site administrators are advised of any upcoming completed purchase orders. You will also post invoices to the ledger on a daily basis, plus any other ad hoc work as advised by the Credit Manager.
We are looking for people who are adaptable to change, and have proven experience of working in a fast paced environment. You will thrive in a customer focused environment, with experience of raising invoices and payments.
In order to be considered, you will have a professional telephone and email technique and be confident at liaising with the wider business and finance team. You will also have a methodical and analytical approach , with a willingness to learn.
