Are you looking for your first or second role in finance, or indeed your next challenging role, working within a high volume, exciting environment? Our high profile, well known client in High Wycombe is in need of a Finance Administrator to work within the growing finance team, where you will be supporting the Accounts Payable and the Sales Ledger team with a variety of different duties.
The Finance Administrator is responsible for supporting both teams with various finance and administration tasks, and you will be responsible for:
- Scanning of invoices and inputting data
- Processing of Credit Notes
- Assisting with Cash Allocations
- Processing of invoices on a daily basis
- Allocating all payments from Cheque, BACs and Direct Debits
- Handling queries as and when required
- Providing support to the wider finance teams as and when required
This is a great role that would suit candidates who have recently left school or college and keen to learn finance skills - or those with recent and relevant finance experience.
The successful candidate will possess an excellent standard of written communication, and will need to deliver first class customer service to both internal and external customers. Our client is looking for someone to start immediately, initially for 2 months, maybe longer.
