Job Title: Family Partner - Birmingham


Location: Birmingham


Salary: Competitive


We are currently recruiting for a Family Partner to join a highly reputable national law firm based in their Birmingham office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Family Lawyer to build and develop the firm's presence in the Birmingham market.
Responsibilities:

  • Handling a varied caseload of Family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, cohabitation disputes, and children matters
  • Managing and supervising junior fee earners within the team
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and third-party professionals
  • Actively participating in business development activities, including networking, attending events and conferences, and contributing to marketing and PR initiatives
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase the firm's market share for Family law in the Birmingham region
  • Providing excellent client service and ensuring the highest standards of legal advice and representation are provided at all times.


Requirements:

  • A qualified solicitor with at least 8 years PQE in Family law
  • Proven experience in managing a varied caseload of Family law matters
  • Excellent technical knowledge and strong commercial acumen
  • A track record of business development and proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and third-party professionals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
