Family Lawyer - Nottingham Office
We are recruiting a new family lawyer for an award-winning, highly-rated practice. This is a rare opportunity to join an exceptional team of family lawyers, many of whom are leaders in their field and recommended by peers.
About the role
Our client are expanding their team and looking for a new Associate to join them in their Nottingham office. You will work directly with their experienced senior team members.
The successful candidate will be a family lawyer with experience in divorce and high-net-worth financial settlements, with a particular focus on businesses, trusts, property portfolios, pensions, and private law child matters; pre- and post-nuptial agreements; civil partnership breakdown; and cohabitee property disputes. The nature of the work is fast-paced, but client experience and interests are paramount.
They require a candidate who possesses an enthusiasm, energy, and passion for family law, has exceptionally strong communication skills, and works well in a team. Ideally, you will be a member of Resolution and have a flair for business development.
We would be interested in speaking to lawyers with any level of experience, as long as you have a genuine interest in family law and are committed to growing with our team.
