We are working with a client-side organisation to help them find a Facilities Lead for a huge new medical site being developed near Basildon, Essex. Our client is part of a huge global corporation who are renowned as a quality employer who provide a valuable service to the community. Working with sharp and passionate people you will help this business relocate their People, Facilities, Equipment and Services from the existing site to their new £20mstate of the art facility.

Working closely with the Construction Project Team and the Senior Leadership Team, the position will be the primary lead on the link between the two sites, ensuring a seamless transition for all Clients and Associates, preserving business continuity. Once our client and their team are settled into their new home you will be the Facilities & Safety Lead, responsible for the day-to-day Facilities Management and on-site Health and Safety practices, reporting to the Director and acting as a vital link to group HQ functions.


This exciting opportunity requires an experienced property and facilities expert who has a track record managing:

  • Large complex relocations and building integrations
  • Basic programme management
  • Managing supply chains
  • Process development
  • Leading or developing cultural and behavioural programmes
  • Working hand in glove with Senior Leadership Teams
