Full Time Office Based

Gleeson Recruitment have an outstanding opportunity available for a superstar EA to support a CEO based in London. Nearest tube station Victoria and St Jame's Park.

Our client is a corporate business with fabulous office spaces! You will be working in their executive team office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an EA who has had previous EA experience within a fast paced environment and has directly supported a CEO or looking to make that step.

The Role

• Organisation of the Chief HR Officer
• Arranging travel and diary management
• Working closely with the Chief HR Officer
• Preparing materials for all meetings and projects; research, agendas, presentations
• Supporting office management
• Prepare communications on the CEO's behalf ensuring an appropriate level of professionalism to reflect the character and brand of the CEO and their communication style.
• Taking ownership of the CEO's inbox and responding

Ideal Candidate

• Proven track record as an Executive Assistant within a professional services environment
• Experience working within in a fast paced environment
• Exceptional time keeping and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Professional and ability to build relationships
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
