An opportunity as ER Manager, £60-63k + Car Allowance and Bonus, has arisen within this successful Midlands based organisation. The role is part site based and part home based.
As ER Manager, through your team you will be responsible for delivering a commercial and effective employee relations service across the business. The role will have the ability to influence and develop the broader people strategy. As ER Manager you and your team will support the delivery of Change Programmes, Collective Consultations etc. You will review existing policies to ensure they best reflect the culture of the organisation. Other key areas include managing Tribunals, Settlements,TUPE, continuing the strong relationship with the Union, and fully utilising ER Metrics to develop the team and support given.
CIPD Level 7, or equivalent, you will have a strong commercial HR/ ER approach, and be adept at working in agile, large organisations. Having experience of managing volume ER, complex cases, Tribunals etc is essential. You will be proactive around suggesting improvements, and reviewing existing procedures.
