An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Equality and Diversity Manager. Birmingham based with hybrid working. Salary up to £65k + Benefits.

Having already started the journey a few years ago this organisation is looking for an Equality and Diversity Manager to help develop and embed further the EDI agenda. This will be through influencing stakeholders at all levels across the organisation, and implementing creative and innovative initiatives. There are specific targets around Gender and BAME, which the organisation is looking to achieve by end of 2022. The role reports into the HR Director.

As an Equality and Diversity specialist you will be comfortable with presenting and drafting Board Papers. You will have a strong network, and be able to bring new approaches and challenge the status quo within the organisation.
