Working as part of the wider HR team, with a centre of Excellence, you will work in partnership with the business to develop, manage and promote engagement, reward, recognition and a positive working culture.
As the Engagement and Reward Manager the role will focus on designing, writing & delivering a strong programme of communications and engagement activities as well as investigating benefit and reward options to promote employee engagement in the business.
Skills & Experience
- Experience of working in a HR Engagement role
- Extensive experience of designing and developing positive culture and engagement activities
- Experience of employee engagement surveys
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders & drive change
- Graduate calibre, CIPD qualified
