Our client is currently seeking a highly experienced and qualified senior employment lawyer for their growing team. As an employment lawyer, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice on all aspects of employment law and related regulations. This will include handling high-value and complex cases, managing clients' employment and HR needs, and advising on employment status and diversity issues. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years PQE and a strong following or referral network, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. We are interested to hear from current Partners or senior lawyers at the tier below who might be looking at Partnership in the next couple of years.
You will be joining a team that specialises in a range of employment matters, including advising on TUPE, redundancy, performance management, national living wage, diversity, whistleblowing, unfair dismissal, and wrongful dismissal. You will also have the opportunity to work with clients from a variety of sectors, such as retail, healthcare, recruitment, and technology.
In addition to your legal expertise, you will be expected to engage in business development activities, including networking and generating new clients. You will have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future strategy of the team, as well as supporting its growth and development.
