My client is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join the HR team in this newly created role.
Salary up to £70k + Bonus + Benefits
Hybrid working - 2 days on site in Birmingham - occasional travel to other sites nationally.
Reporting into the Head of HR, in this newly created Employee Relations Manager role you will be the main point of contact for more complex and escalated ER cases. As Employee Relations Manager you will review current policies and procedures, updating and amending as appropriate. You will support around restructures and redundancies, and coach and develop across the HR team to ensure consistency of advice and support across the whole of the organisation.
As an experienced specialist Employee Relations Manager you will have worked within Professional Services/ Legal sector previously.
