Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently working with a professional services business in Birmingham to find an Employee Relations Specialist to join their team. With hybrid working and a salary of up to 55k.
Joining the business in a period of growth and change, as ER specialist you will be shaping and transforming a reactive ER climate into a culture of collaboration and proactive Employee Relations. This will involve data anlaysis on ER trends and looking at capabilities across the business. You will also be managing the rest of the ER team and acting as a point of escalation for complex ER cases.
Experience with employment tribunals, settlement agreements and TUPE is essential for this role. You will be confident, resilient and not afraid to push back to managers.
