Job Title: Employee Relations Specialist

Salary: £30k - £35k

Location: Coalville area

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours a week (hybrid - 3 days on-site)

Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently working in partnership with a multi-sited operational based organisation to find a resilient Employee Relations Specialist to join their team.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• End to end management of Employee Relation cases
• Assisting the Employee Relations Manager in the development of a Management Toolkit
• Building team capability around Employee Relations

Ideally, you will have/ be:

• Experience dealing with complex ER cases
• Resilient
• Experience working within a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with all levels within a business
