Job Title: Employee Relations Specialist

Location: Kent and Sussex

Salary: £50,000

Benefits: car or car allowance plus bonus up to 20%

Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently working with the UK's leader in environmental solutions to find an Employee Relations Specialist.

This role is to support sites across Kent and Sussex with travel required to these sites. When not travelling, you would be home-based.

Some key responsibilities include:

- developing capacity of line managers to better manage ER

- coaching and mentoring managers in their execution of HR policy and procedures

- managing all ER escalations and any complex caseloads

- managing and supporting on all processes during TUPE and Mergers & Acquisitions

- liaising with company legal advisors in relation to complex ER

- partnering with Unions at local level

Ideally, you will have:

- CIPD Level 7 or equivalent

- proven track record in managing a range of complex trade union issues/disputes

- experience of working in a multi-sited, operational heavy environment

- experience of Employee Relations at all levels

- experience and knowledge of large scale organisational change and restructures
