I am currently working in partnership with an organisation to find an Employee Relations Advisor to join their team based in Birmingham on a fixed term basis for 12 months. With hybrid working available and salary of up to £37,000.
As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will be managing your own ER case-load and supporting on ad-hoc projects to support the HR team. The ER cases you will be working on will vary from absence management all the way through to employment tribunals, so a wide range of experience is needed. You will also be supporting and advising managers on redundancy and TUPE so it is essential you have experience doing this previously.
