Job title: Employee Relations Advisor

Salary: Up to £30k

Location: Halesowen (hybrid working - on-site twice a week)

Hours: Full time, 9 - 5

I am pleased to be working in partnership with a national organisation specialising in care and education to find an ER Advisor to join their growing team.

As an ER Advisor, you will be supporting and coaching line managers on a high volume of Employee Relations cases. These cases range from disciplinaries, grievances and performance issues.

Ideally, you will have experience advising on a high volume of ER cases within the care sector or similar.

You will be a resilient, optimistic team player who has the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
