A market leading business based in Warwick have partnered with Gleeson Recruitment Group as they search for a temporary Employee Expenses Clerk, to oversee all travel and expenses claims across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for all day-to-day travel and expense queries from employees and the business
  • Inputting and matching of supplier invoices
  • Input of Employee expenses ensuring adherence to company policies
  • Ensuring the resolution of pricing/delivery/master data/other queries
  • Establishing internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure they are compliant with company procedures necessary for Accounts Payable
  • Maintaining vendor relationships
  • Helping to identify trends in employee travel and expenses and initiate discussion around findings with the business

Key Experience:

  • Previous experience working in Purchase Ledger and Expenses
  • Strong knowledge of all Microsoft office packages, Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Good interpersonal skills and a high level of customer service
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong team player
