With my client experiencing long term growth they are recruiting an experienced Employee Engagement and Inclusion Lead, in this newly created role. Salary 65-70k + CA + Benefits.
Travel to Welsh and Midlands sites expected, with hybrid working.
As Employee Engagement and Inclusion Lead you will design and Implement the Engagement and Inclusion Strategy partnering with Leadership Teams, HR and Managers to facilitate. You will lead around the development of action plans from the Engagement survey, and ensure that Managers and colleagues take accountability for these actions. You will develop further support groups across the sites .
As an experienced Employee Engagement and Inclusion Lead, you will enjoy working autonomously and influencing and facilitating through stakeholders and employees. You will be able develop an Engagement and Inclusion strategy that reflects the organisation, with a strong practical application.
