Job Title: Email and CRM Executive
Location: Hybrid (Walsall office and work from home)
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 DOE + Company-wide Bonus
Reports to: Marketing Manager

My client is seeking an experienced Email and CRM Executive to join their rapidly growing team in the electronic retail industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-driven individual who is passionate about driving business growth through email marketing and customer relationship management (CRM).

As their Email and CRM Executive, you will be responsible for the full end-to-end execution of email campaigns, from customer segmentation and planning through to design, delivery, and analysis of campaign performance. You will also create CRM programmes to maximise existing customer retention across our portfolio of ecommerce sites.


  • At least 2 years' experience working in a marketing role with a hands-on focus on email marketing and CRM
  • Excellent understanding of customer segmentation and how to apply this to email and CRM channels
  • Strong analytics skills, coupled with commercial awareness
  • Excellent organisation and time keeping
  • Technically savvy, with experience of working on ecommerce websites
  • Capable using tools such as Google Analytics and email service provider (ESP) platforms to report on performance metrics and KPIs
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of successful outcomes, using solid rationale and insights to inform decision-making
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices.

Additional Desirable Experience:

  • Previous experience marketing a customer loyalty programme
  • Shopify platform experience
  • Klaviyo platform experience
