Due to expansion within the current Talent Acquisition team, my client, a leading and growing organisation in its sector is looking to bring on board a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to focus on Graduate Attraction. Salary £35/36k + Bonus. Flexible base location providing you are happy to travel nationally.
As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will recruit the annual Graduate intake, managing the end to end process. You will review current processes, and identify areas for improvement to ensure a quality attraction process.You will also support the recruitment of Interns. You will look to build strong external relationships with Universities and organisations, review current Recruitment Marketing, refining and updating where necessary. Once on-boarded, you will liaise with the individuals across their 1 and 2 year programmes, identifying additional development needs, and ensuring a positive programme for both the individual and organisation to build into a successful career within the organisation.
As an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have managed the full end to end recruitment of Graduates, utilising a range of attraction strategies. You will have built strong relationships with Universities and external organisations. You will be used to attending Careers Fairs etc. You will be flexible around travel, as at times it will involve National travel, and the Head Office is based in Birmingham.
