I am currently working exclusively with a FTSE100 business based outside Birmingham, who are recruiting for a brand new role as part of their Application Support team.
The Dynamics Support Analyst will provide support for both internal and external stakeholders including triaging, monitoring and escalating incidents relating to MS Dynamics. You will be key in ensuring the platform continues to operate for all areas of the business.
You will be the point of contact and dynamics specialist and resolve issues, deal with user incidents and build relationships with third party partners.
- Experience in working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Essential)
- Track record of resolving issues to high satisfaction of end users
- Dealing with user incidents and ensure they are recorded and diagnosed.
- Strong technical understanding and ability to learn new technologies.
- Excellent communications skills.
