Job Title: Diversity & Inclusion Advisor

Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)

Salary: £32,000 - £36,500 plus benefits

I am looking for a Diversity & Inclusion Advisor to join an engaging organisation and help drive their innovative strategy across the business.

You will be responsible for:

- Supporting with and driving the D&I Strategy

- Working to gather data and report on a Black Lives Matter action plan

- Managing meetings and communications with Network groups

- Supporting in administrative duties

- Planning D&I Events

- and much more!

Ideally, you will have:

- Experience of working on D&I projects in a previous role

- Understanding of the impact of D&I across the wider workforce

- Experience of working with senior managers and key stakeholders

- An efficient and organised approach to work

- Experience of working to deadlines and managing diaries
