Director of Customer Service
My client is a FTSE listed UK manufacturer and as part of their major 2020 transformation programme they have identified the need to create a customer service centre of excellence.
The main focus of this role will be to establish a centre of excellence at their existing site and take the current operation from good to great by creating a more professional service that is efficient and effective. This will involve significant change and transformation of existing processes and systems.
The successful candidate will have a wealth of experience in transforming customer service centres and will have all the necessary change and project management skills to take ownership of the entire project life cycle from initial scoping to design, build and implementation of all aspects. You will have strong stakeholder management skills and a natural passion essential to engage with and bring the whole team along the journey.
Bearing in mind this is for a manufacturing business it is important to have had previous experience leading customer service teams where transport, logistics and distribution has been involved.
