Gleeson Recruitment Group are exclusively partnered with a market leading financial services business within Coventry to find an experience Digital Optimisation Specialist to join their thriving marketing team.

The Digital Optimisation Specialist will be looking at optimising the website through data driven insights. You will aim to achieve consistently high conversation rates and looking at everything from the savings applications to the mortgage journey for the customers.

This is a brand new role which will allow the individual to truly make it their own. You will work closely and have the support of the UX/UI team and the wider digital marketing team.

The role:

• Use data & analytics to understand customer insight
• Report insights to stakeholders
• Optimise the savings and mortgages journey for the customer
• Work with other teams closely to continually improve upon the website
• Implement a/b testing
• Achieve high conversion rates

The Digital Optimisation Specialist:

• Previous experience within digital marketing & optimisation
• Able to confidently perform data analysis
• Experience with a/b testing is desirable
• Excellent communication skills
