Gleeson recruitment Group are pleased to be working with a high growth consumer brand to recruit for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop and drive the digital first marketing strategy across B2C and B2B to improve user experience, acquisition, retention and growth.

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £50,000-£60,000

WFH policy: Hybrid - 3 days in office

Contract: Full time, perm

Start date: April-July 2023

The role:

In this highly commercial role, you will be working to create full funnel strategies across various digital channels such a PPC, Paid Social, SEO, Email, Organic Social, Affiliates and other advertising methods to increase exposure of the brand and acquisition within both the B2B and B2C areas of the business.

You will work with a 3rd party agency as well as internal teams to identify areas of growth and deliver ROI and brand growth across the business.

Key requirements:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaign to drive awareness and traffic to the B2B and B2C sites and successfully convert traffic
  • Work with B2B accounts such as Amazon and other market places
  • Work closely with an external B2B marketplace agency to deliver successful digital marketing advertising campaigns
  • Deliver BAU activity and optimisation strategies for all digital channels including PPC, Paid Social, SEO, Email, Organic Social, AMS, Affiliates and Sponsored Ads
  • Work across analytic platforms to understand and utilise opportunities
  • Work in a data driven fashion
  • Manage multiple 3rd party agency relationships that support with digital marketing and paid media solutions
  • Consistently report on performance and deliver data to senior stakeholders
  • Work with stakeholders within the business to deliver business objectives
  • Manage budgets and financial reporting in like with the P&L objectives
  • Manage one Executive

Candidate criteria;

  • Experience in a similar role at a similar level of responsibility
  • Line management experience
  • Senior Digital marketing experience with proven track record of success and managing performance marketing channels
  • Ecommerce and digital marketing knowledge in a international markets
  • Strong analytical and data driven skillset and experience
  • Hands on experience within Paid Media and Google Analytics, Google Ads, AMS ad other campaign management tools
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work cross functionally with teams in the business
  • Strategic and commercial acumen
  • Previous experience with working with Amazon ecommerce platform or other marketplaces
